At E-Shop, we're committed to delivering your orders promptly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, timeframes, costs, and other important information.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Standard Shipping

Time:3-5 business days
Cost:Free on orders over $50, otherwise $4.99

Available for all domestic orders within the continental United States.

Express Shipping

Time:2 business days
Cost:$9.99

Order by 2pm EST for same-day processing on business days.

Next Day Delivery

Time:1 business day
Cost:$19.99

Order by 12pm EST for same-day processing on business days.

International Shipping

Time:7-14 business days
Cost:Starting at $14.99

Available for select countries. Customs fees may apply.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 United States, as well as select international destinations. For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to their nature or size. These restrictions will be clearly indicated on the product page. We reserve the right to cancel orders to destinations where we cannot ship certain products.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history.

Delivery Issues

While we strive to ensure all deliveries are made on time, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors
  2. Wait 24 hours, as packages sometimes show as delivered before they actually arrive
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  4. If you still can't locate your package, contact our customer service team

Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $50. This free shipping offer applies only to standard shipping within the continental United States and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Signature Confirmation

Orders valued at $200 or more will automatically require a signature upon delivery. If you would like to add signature confirmation to an order under $200, please contact our customer service team before your order ships.

Multiple Packages

Depending on product availability and warehouse locations, your order may be split into multiple shipments. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
