Returns & Refunds FAQ
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original condition with all packaging and tags attached. Certain items like personalized products or intimate goods cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
To start a return, log into your account, go to "Order History," select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return, and click "Return Items." Follow the instructions to generate a return label and select your preferred refund method.
Once we receive your returned item(s), it typically takes 3-5 business days to process and inspect the return. After approval, refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, we'll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund including original shipping charges.
